Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 (trailers)

Today, I wanna talk about a game developed by Ubisoft Entertainment. It's called "Rayman Raving Rabbids", the sequel to Rayman's Raving rabbid released on XB360 and Wii. The game contains tons of hilarious mini games, and a herd of ultra stupid (but funny and cute) looking rabbits that love music and dancing. Basically, it's not the game-play that attract me. IT'S THE RABBIDS!!! :-)

Artificial Tornado

Just now I was surfing the web, came across a news clip about the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Germany. What do you expect to see in this museum? Floors of cars? Engines? Company history? Well, in this museum, Mercedes-Benz has successfully created a 34.4 m high artificial tornado!! The reason for this artificial tornado to be in the building is because the architect decided not to install fire doors in the building, and too meet with regulations, this is the solution to take smoke out of the museum in case of a fire.

未自過真正的龍捲風? 位於德國的平治博物館便成功於室內製作了世上最大的「人造龍捲風」。造這個高34.4米的龍捲風的原因，是由於大廈沒有加設防煙門的設計(美觀因素)。而「人造龍捲風」便可以達到於火警時迅速帶走濃煙的功能了。

The well known Youtube video site has just launched a Hong Kong portal site. People will be able to view videos from Hong Kong.

Google 收購了 YouTube 後終於於推出香港版本了，希望以後多點「港式短片」吧。

Watched Ocean's 13

晚上看了 Ocean's thirteen. 很喜歡這套電影，由多年前的 Ocean's 11 到有茱莉亞蘿拔絲的 Ocean's 12 也有看過，到了這一集 Ocean's 13，Danny Ocean 的新目標為一個新建的賭場，為的是為了好朋友 - Reuben 報復。很喜歡戲中的兩句 slogon:

"What are the odds of getting even"
"thirteen to one"

"odd" 及 "even" 本是相對的 (單/雙) 但用於此時又另有解釋( odds = 賠率 , even = 相等)


另一句 "13 to 1" 的說法是一個賠率(即一賠十三) 但於此故事中又解作 十三人對付一人，真是妙！
